DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=BASE64:<p>Winter Fun Day from Noon - 4pm.&nbsp; Come to Central Park - try snowshoeing and ice fishing.&nbsp; Make a pinecone birdfeeder, enter a fun coloring contest and enjoy hot chocolate and cookies.&nbsp; Come and go as your schedule allows!&nbsp; (At 10 am a special Beginning Ice Fishing Program will be presented for registered participants.)</p>
\n<p>Register for the Beginning Ice Fishing Program that is from 10am - Noon in the Nature Center Lower Level.&nbsp; Learn from the experts about ice fishing equipment, safety and tips to catching fish! Participants attending the workshop need to register.&nbsp; Limited space for this program.&nbsp; Children must be accompanied by an adult.&nbsp; (16 yrs old and up planning to fish need a valid Iowa fishing license.) There will be equipment to use and bait available for participants.&nbsp; (All individuals attending the Ice Fishing Program must register to reserve a space to attend)</p>
