The Zombie \nApocalypse Fun Run will be a family-friendly event featuring a run on the Pollmiller Trail and through the campground while dodging zombies lurking throughout \nthe park! Participants will brave the trail in hopes of keeping their brains (also \nknown as flags, from the flag football belts) across the finish line and \nsurviving the zombie apocalypse! Those who return with both of their flags are \ndeclared survivors, and those who are not so lucky will be infected!
\nRegistration \nwill begin at 12:00 PM in the Pollmiller Beach parking lot, and the fight for \nyour lives will kick-off at 1:00 PM! Pre-registration will be open until October 17! The registration fee is $25 (due at the event - cash, card, or check) and includes \na swag item, walking “dead” taco meal, and zombie antidote (Gatorade). Day of \nregistration is welcomed, but the swag item will not be guaranteed.
\nThis event \nis brought to you in partnership with Fort Madison High School’s Cheerleaders \nand Green Team. A portion of the proceeds will be donated back to their groups.
