Then get crafty with paper &amp; scissors to create vibrant tulips for a touch of spring. </p>
\n<p>No experience necessary and all materials will be provided. This is a free <strong>come and go </strong>as you please event for all ages. We do strongly recommend <strong>at least thirty minutes</strong> and children must be accompanied by an adult.
