You will learn where and how you can ethically and sustainably harvest \nwild foods, and how to prepare them. Come ready to help harvest, cook, and \nmost importantly EAT! The class will begin with a lesson on identification, \nrules, and tools and transition to a leisurely identification hike. Then it’s \ntime to prepare, cook, and sample the flavors of the season!
