\ncenturies for food, medicine/healing, preservation and even beauty treatments. Come
\nexplore some familiar and not so&nbsp;familiar herbs and spices!
\nMamta Israni will be sharing her knowledge about various
\nplants, herbs, and spices. She has over 35 years of experience as a creative
\ncurriculum designer, trainer, consultant, and educator. She teaches cooking classes, gardening classes and maintains her
\ninterest in plant biology through involvement in community gardening groups and
\nas an active Master Gardener.
\nIn this workshop, we will experience a variety of tastes and
\nsmells and learn about how we can use natural ingredients to enhance how we
\ncook and live.&nbsp;Discover how to add some spice to your life!
