\nNothing says &ldquo;Winter Holidays&rdquo; more than the smell of fresh
\nevergreens; perhaps that is why there are so many candles, air
\nfresheners and oils attempting to duplicate the scent. Why not go with
\nthe real thing. Welcome the holiday season with a fragrant, homemade
\nevergreen porch pot. Learn about common Iowa evergreens and hardwoods
\nwhile assembling a variety of fresh evergreen cuttings and white and red
\ntwig accents into a festive pot. Then add your own personal touches to
\nmake it uniquely yours. (We will supply some pots, evergreens, birch and
\ndogwood twigs, ribbon and natural accent items. If you have a pot you
\nwould like to use or if you would like to add seasonal balls, silks or
\nspecific ribbons, please bring those along.) At the end of the session,
\nparticipants will take home a porch pot that will serve as a warm
\nwelcome to anyone visiting this holiday season!

\n<p>Individuals can make more than one porch pot or several participants
\ncan work together to complete a single one. REGISTER ONE ADULT FOR EACH PORCH POT DESIRED. Youth under 14 must have an adult present to help them
\ncomplete the porch pot.</p>
