\nVanDeWalle will be presenting her program about her Iowa Birding Big Year - 2023.  Wendy is an avid birder and was
\npreviously a board member of the Iowa Ornithologists Union (IOU) and Des Moines
\nAudubon. She is currently on the Projects committee for the IOU and is an
\nadministrator for their Facebook page. In the past, she has done bird
\nsurveys for an environmental consulting company. In recent years, she
\nhas led both spring and fall migratory bird walks at Wickiup Hill.
