\n<p>Join MCCD and Cairn Yoga and Wellness for an evening of programming and grounding yoga practice.</p>
\n<p>We will begin the evening with an introduction to the White Pine tree,
\nexploring its key characteristics, ecological role, and traditional uses.
\nParticipants will also sample a pine-based tea as a sensory way to connect with
\nthe tree.
\n</p>
\n<p>
\nThen, join Cairn Yoga and Wellness as we
\ngather by the fire for a gentle, grounding yoga practice inspired by the
\nstrength and steadiness of trees. Slow movement and breathwork will help
\nparticipants feel rooted, relaxed, and present. Registration is required by February 10, 2026 at 9PM.
\nPlease bring a mat or blanket to practice on. Other yoga props will be
\nprovided.
\nThis event is part of the Nature &amp; Yoga Fireside
\nSeries. We will have a new topic each session. Join us for as many sessions as
\nyou would like. The fee is $25 per class; each class will have its own
\nregistration.&nbsp;</p>
