\n<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Medical form and Waiver must be received by June 1st, if not, your child will be removed from the list and that spot will be opened to the waiting list.</span></strong></p>
\n<p> You will be contacted by a Naturalist with the schedule for the camp.</p>
