DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=BASE64:<p>Learn needle felting basics by making your own needle felted bird! Needle felting is a craft for sculpting wool by using special sharp needles to poke wool into shapes.&nbsp;</p>
\n<p>Learn about local Iowa bird species while you craft one at a workshop on Sunday, June 14, from 2:00-4:00 pm at the Hurstville Interpretive Center.</p>
\n<p>Participants will make their own felt bird. Materials and step by step instruction will be provided. </p>
\n<p>This program is for adults and youth ages 12 and older.&nbsp;Cost is $5 per person. </p>
