DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=BASE64:<p>Something golden is hiding in our parks&hellip; and you&rsquo;re invited to find it!&nbsp;This June and July, we&rsquo;re launching a new summer series &mdash; the Golden Acorn Hunt! Each month, one park will be home to the hidden golden acorn. We&rsquo;ll release weekly clues on this event page and social media, to help you narrow down its secret location. Find it, snap a photo, and submit it by emailing the photo to <a href="mailto:conservation@linncountyiowa.gov">Conservation@LinnCountyIowa.gov</a> to be entered into a prize basket drawing! </p>
\n<p>June 1 - <strong>Clue #1:</strong>&nbsp;Go where curious minds explore the outdoors and animals are some of the teachers. This Linn County Conservation park is also home to six sites on the National Register of Historic Places.&nbsp;</p>
\n<p>June 8 - <strong>Clue #2:&nbsp;</strong></p>
\n<p>June 15 - <strong>Clue #3:&nbsp;</strong></p>
\n<p><strong>Find the golden acorn (don't move it), snap a photo of the acorn at the location, and send it to <a href="mailto:conservation@linncountyiowa.gov">Conservation@LinnCountyIowa.gov</a> now through June 30 to be entered in the month's prize basket drawing.</strong> We'll contact the winner in early July.&nbsp;</p>
\n<p>The acorn will travel to a new location for July so check back for clues to find it then as well!&nbsp;</p>
