\nbackpacking on Sunday, July 5 at Prairie Creek Recreation Area, Maquoketa.

\nGear, equipment, clothing, food,
\nand places to go will be covered in a presentation from 1:30-2:00 PM at the
\nPrairie Creek Pavilion. Participants can then try on backpacks and join in on a
\nhike at the park starting at 2:00 PM. Experience carrying all your gear as we
\nhike the trails at the park.

\nEvent is free and open to adults
\nand youth ages 12 &amp; up. Registration is required by July 3. </p>
