Location for this session will be at the Red Cedar Lodge Parking lot at 1700 Big Bluestem Dr., Marion. &nbsp;This session will be led by Kathryn Deetz.&nbsp;&nbsp;Expect to view waterfowl and associated bird life.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
\n<p>We are planning for a monthly series of hikes to provide some comradery for birders from beginners on up.&nbsp;&nbsp;The walks are being sponsored Iowa Ornithologists Union, Cedar Rapids Audubon Society, and Linn County Conservation Dept. as the current sponsors for this group.&nbsp;&nbsp;We hope you can join us, please register in advance.&nbsp;&nbsp;Registration limited to keep group size manageable.&nbsp;&nbsp;Dress appropriately for the weather, hiking boots seem best and drab colors to prevent scaring the birds.&nbsp;&nbsp;Bring binoculars if you are able or join us regardless and we may have a few pairs to share.&nbsp;</p>
