\n<p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>
\n<p>Join Story County Conservation, the Iowa Outdoor Alliance of Story
\nCounty, and the Iowa Bicycle Coalition Wheels &amp; Wings, a monarch-themed
\nbike ride celebrating the Heart of Iowa Nature Trail and its connections with communities,
\nconservation, and cycling across southern Story County.</p>
\n<p>
\nPedal through Slater, Huxley, Cambridge, Maxwell, and Collins as
\nthe trail links these five communities (21 miles one way) into one shared
\noutdoor experience. Ride along a corridor that not only brings people together
\nbut also supports native habitats along the monarch migration route &ndash; where
\nprairie, woodlands, and farmland create a vibrant landscape for both cyclists
\nand pollinators.</p>

\nRiders will travel 21 miles east, to the turning point in Collins,
\nthen follow the trail west back to Slater. Registration will be available soon
\nvia Eventbrite! Registered riders can expect light snacks and refreshments,
\nthemed stops in each community, and ride swag. Funds raised from this event
\nwill support the Outdoor Alliance of Story County and the Iowa Bicycle
\nCoalition.
