DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=BASE64:<p>Fall is a great time to look for waterfowl, and what better way to look for them than on the water! Join us in a birding paddle around Green Island and look for birds. </p>
\n<p>We will have kayaks available for people to borrow, as well as binoculars, but participants are welcome to bring their own.&nbsp;</p>
\n<p>We will be leisurely paddling across the water, looking for birds in the marsh, trees, bushes, and more!&nbsp;</p>
\n<p>Registration is required, as boats are limited.&nbsp;</p>
\n<p>OWLS programs are designed for adults 18 years or older. OWLS programs are shared between Jackson, Jones, and Dubuque county.&nbsp;</p>
