\n<p><span style="color: black; font-size: 13.5pt;">Osborne&rsquo;s Next Older, Wiser, Livelier, Souls (OWLS) program will be on Thursday, September 17th. September&rsquo;s destination will be a trip to Dubuque Arboretum &amp; Botanical Gardens. Please meet at Osborne Park at 9:15 to carpool there.</span></p>
\n<p><span style="color: black; font-size: 13.5pt;">Join us for a trip to explore these beautiful gardens in Dubuque. Their knowledgeable guides will be taking us on a guided tour by motorized carts. The trip promises to be a relaxing tour perfect for those who love gardening.</span></p>
\n<p><span style="color: black; font-size: 13.5pt;">Join us the 3rd Thursday of each month, March through November, for O.W.L.S., Older Wiser Livelier Souls. Each month will feature a new destination, so join us as we explore some of the interesting places Iowa has to offer.</span></p>
