\nLearn about local recycling guidelines and options with Rhonda O&rsquo;Connor, program manager for Metro Waste Authority (MWA). MWA is a government agency responsible for managing the landfill in Polk County. Part of that proper management is partnering with the cities to provide curbside recycling and education on where to recycle other materials.
