DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=BASE64:The Ringgold County Conservation Board is participating in the Monarch Watch tagging program and needs your help\ncapturing Monarch Butterflies to tag!\n<br>\n</br>Join RCCB on September 7th at\n10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and investigate the life cycle of a Monarch Butterfly,\ndiscover how to identify male and female Monarchs, study Monarch migration and\nlearn how to tag Monarchs on their journey south to central Mexico.&nbsp;\n<br>\n</br>Attend this FREE public program in Ringgold County to explore the life\nof a Monarch Butterfly. RCCB will provide butterfly nets to catch your own\nbutterfly for this family friendly event!\n<br>\n</br>Meet at the Enclosed Shelter at Fife&rsquo;s\nGrove Park north of Mount Ayr which offers unique prairie walks and butterfly\nhabitat. Join in on Monarch tagging as well as a prairie scavenger hunt for the\nkids, plant identification and touch a bison fur.
