\nBring your bike for a leisurely bike ride. Participants should meet at the Grimes Farm (2359 233rd Street)
\nto sign in and receive a scavenger hunt sheet and/or trail map. Participants
\ncan bike the trail at their own pace and determine the distance they want to
\ntravel. Water bottles and helmets are recommended for bicyclists. <br />

\n&nbsp;The Iowa DNR invites you to
\nHealthy &amp; Happy Outdoors (H2O). Get connected to Iowa outdoor destinations and recreational
\nactivities for a healthier life! H2O supports the Governor&rsquo;s Healthiest State
\nInitiative, helping Iowans improve mental and physical health through outdoor
\nrecreation. All of
\nthe MCCB parks are included in the H2O program!

\nHere&rsquo;s
\nHow It Works: After you register in H2O, you can record your outdoor
\nactivities in Iowa
\nparks and recreational areas. Each recorded activity counts as an entry into a
\nprize drawing for outdoor gear. The more outdoor activities you participate in,
\nthe more chances you have to win. The first drawing will occur at the Iowa
\nState Fair in August 2013.<br />
