Enjoy the serenity of Ida County
Nestled in the rolling hills of western Iowa, Ida County offers
scenic views and a quiet atmosphere. Described by some as “one
of Iowa’s best kept secrets”, Ida County offers just what you’re
looking for...a well-deserved break from your hectic lifestyle.
Our camper cabins are located on the shoreline of Crawford
Creek Lake. The 62 acre lake offers some of the finest fishing in
this region, swimming, and no-wake boating. The park also has
trails, picnicking, shelters and modern camping.

If you’re looking for something even more primitive and quiet, a
trip to Moorehead Park is a must. Located on the west edge of
Ida Grove, the park is a favorite for bird watchers, nature lovers
and history buffs. Once the original settlement site of Ida County,
the park still boasts of its rich heritage. A refurbished stagecoach
inn and stable are managed by the local historical society.
