Greetings vendors & exhibitors!

Our 48th annual Winterfest workshop is fast approaching. This year’s event is to be held February 5-7, 2019 at the Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Coralville, IA. You can access the conference agenda HERE or by going to www.MyCountyParks.org and clicking on the Winterfest 2019 tab at the top of the page. Once at the Winterfest location you can access all the information you would ever want to know about Winterfest.  

There are several ways you can get involved.  

1. We are happy to have vendors as part of this workshop experience.  The best way to sell your products is to get them in the hands of those that use them! One vendor fee covers all three days of the conference.  Come for the entire conference (you are welcome to attend any sessions for free as long as they do not have a separate cost or size limitation), or just a portion of the conference if that is what works best for you.  Most of the attendees will be arriving at the convention center late morning on Tuesday in time for the opening keynote speaker after lunch. Wednesday is the big day of the event with total attendance of about 325 people expected. Sessions run all day on Wednesday. Thursday is a half day of sessions; attendance usually drops significantly for the last day of the workshop.   

2. We always welcome donations of gift cards or merchandise for our annual raffle. You do not have to be a vendor in order to donate an item for the raffle.  If you can't come this year, but still want to get your name or merchandise out there, this is one way to still be involved!

3. New for 2019 - Sponsor a break!  During our breaks we provide beverages and a light snack to our registered participants.  This is your chance to sponsor a break.  We will put your company information on display during the break as well as announce it during opening ceremonies.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Coralville Marriott Hotel and Convention Center in Coralville. Room rates are $93/night, plus tax. Rooms may be reserved by calling the Hotel at (319) 688-4000. The cut -off deadline for room reservations is January 15, 2019 – please book your rooms early to ensure availability.


VENDOR POLICY Effective: 06-21-2018  

1.    Vendor Rates

a.    $150-  IACCB “preferred vendors” (It's not too late to become a preferred vendor - the application and more information is available HERE)

b.    $200- Vendors that are not IACCB preferred vendors  

2.    Vendor locations are throughout the main hallway.   

3.    Exhibit space includes one eight foot table and two chairs, fee for an additional table (per vendor location) is $100. IACCBE reserves the right to deny second tables if the amount of vendors exceed available space.  

4.    All vendor spots are offered on a 1st come, 1st serve basis until all vendor spots are filled.  

5.    Exhibitor is free to attend any of the sessions that they would like (as long as there isn’t a limited class size)  

6.    The exhibitor fee does not include any meals or breaks  

7.    IACCBE will not incur additional cost to accommodate internet access, electricity, special lighting, extensions cords etc. Arrangements may be made directly with the Marriott.  

8.    Non-product selling entities requesting a fee waiver may apply for consideration by the committee. All other vendor rules and restrictions apply to the non-paying entities.  

9.    Vendor Fees are used to offset the cost of food and beverage for the conference.
