Join Certified Yoga Instructor Steffany Kroeger at sunset in the New Moon in Virgo for 15-20 minutes of very gentle movement, followed by 30+ minutes of guided meditation. Yoga Nidra is a type of yogic sleep in which you will be guided into a state of awake and restful consciousness to set a deep intention (Sankulpa). New Moon Yoga Nidra is practiced to assist in resetting the mind/body/soul in a chosen direction.
