Dutch oven cooking 101 is back for the summer! Each program
will feature a different theme; August’s theme is Desserts. The class will be taught Friday, August 5th
at 5:30 p.m. at the South Shelter Area of Buena Vista County Conservation
Park.
Naturalist Katie will present the basics of Dutch oven cooking, including
ovens, supplies, recipes, and more. A variety of Dutch oven desserts will be
served following the presentation.
