5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Trick-or-Treating in Campgrounds & Hayrides (Hayrides will start at the beach parking lot and head down through the campgrounds to drop off people at Shelter 1 and head back to the beach)

5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Kids Games Shelter 1

5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Light Meal  at Beach Shelter sponsored by the Webster City Church of Christ for the first 350 people who attend the event. Special Thanks to the Webster City Church of Christ for sponsoring the meal. A free will donation will be taken to support the Naturalist Program. 

7:00 pm to 9:00 pm Self Guided Luminary Night Hike Shelter 2 Area

Walk on the self guided luminary trail and enjoy a Wildlife Safari Night Hike. Various presenters will discuss wildlife that lives in the park. You will follow the luminated pumpkins on the trail at your own pace. Spend as much time at the various stations as you want with family or friends.

($5.00 per person donations taken for the Naturalist Program at trail head by shelter 2)   

  • CAMPERS - Decorate your campsite and enjoy trick-or-treating, along with a hayride. Awards will be given for the two best decorated campsites that evening by Bailey Morton the Park Ranger.
  • TRICK-OR-TREAT - Come in costume and trick or treat in the campgrounds. 
  • HAYRIDES - Park at the beach lot to get on a hayride.  The hayride will take you to shelter 1 in the campground for trick or treating. We will also have hayrides going back to the beach from shelter 1.  
  • There is a $5.00 Fundraiser Donation per person taken by shelter 2 trail head for the Luminary Night Hike / Wildlife Safari. 
  • Self Guided Luminary Nature Night Hike Discover some interesting facts on animals or nature topics as you follow the luminary pumpkins to the various presenter stations.
  • Dress appropriately for the weather
  • There is no charge for the the events taking place in the campgrounds.

This is a nonalcoholic family event.  All ages are welcome.
