Boddy-Hunt Wildlife Area

Boddy-Hunt Wildlife Area

This wildlife area sits on 50 acres of wonderful wetland and timber. This land is also open for hunting. At one time, this area was used as a rilfe, handgun range and trap shooting range, but in 1981 this was discontinued and the area was allowed to return to a natural area.

In 1999 a beaver dam on the west side created a wonderful wetland in this area.

The wildlife area is located on the east side of Hwy 65 on the south edge of Iowa Falls, just across the road from Logsdon Park.

This main feature for this area is the wetland.
