Maquoketa River Fall Paddle

Maquoketa River Water Trail, Jackson County

Saturday, October 20, 2018

Come enjoy a fall paddle on the Maquoketa River Saturday October 20th at 10am. We will paddle from Millertown Bridge Access - located at bridge on 30th Ave, 3 miles north of Monmouth to Joinerville Park - located on 123rd Ave, access from Highway 64. It is a 10 mile paddle. This fall paddle will give you a new perspective on the Maquoketa River, and hopefully we will experience some good fall colors. Jackson County canoes and kayaks are available but are limited. Participants are welcome to bring their own canoes or kayaks. Jackson County will help shuttle participants between canoe accesses if needed but trailer and van space is limited. To register and for more information contact Jackson County Conservation at (563) 652-3783 or visit us online at JacksonCCB.com.
