Waterfowl Field Day - Building Better Birders Workshop Series

Join the fun and learn about water fowl at 2 different locations within Jones County.  Come for all or some of the day's activities. You Choose What You Would Like to Do!

Schedule as follows:

8 - 10 am: Birding Hike at Central Park

10 - Noon: Waterfowl ID PowerPoint at the Central Park Nature Center

1 - 4 pm: Birding at Muskrat Slough

Space is limited and Registration is required.  Come for all or just some of the activities.  Register on -line and specify your plans for what you will be attending.  This workshop will be conducted by Kelly McKay (BioEco Research and Monitoring Center), and Mark Roberts (Clinton County Conservation) and Brian Ritter (Nahant Marsh Education Center).

The event is sponsored by Jones County Conservation with funding provided by the Resource Enhancement and Protection - Conservation Education Program (REAP-CEP).
