Fife's Grove Park

Barred Owl at Fife
Fife

Fife’s Grove Park is a 52 acre park located one mile north of Mount Ayr. Fife’s Grove is our most diverse habitat area and features an oak savanna with trees aging well over 150 years old, a wetland restoration, reconstructed prairie and newly renovated 3 acre pond.

In 1964, Fife’s Grove became the first park to come under the management of the Ringgold County Conservation Board. A modern playground, 3 shelter houses, restroom, pond gazebo, historic one room log cabin, hiking trails and campground provide an abundance of activities for all ages.

The Ringgold County Conservation Board office is located on the north edge of Fife’s Grove Park.
