The Big Year of Hummingbird Nests

Teresa Testroet spent the nesting season closely observing the hummingbirds of McFarland Park. See photos and hear stories of her “obsession” as she discovered nests and tracked the young’s growth. Find out how these little birds link to conservation issues and solutions through their favorite native plants. If conditions allow we will go for a short nest viewing walk. Free but registration required by November 14.
