7 cabins offer accommodations for park visitors. The inexpensive camping cabins sleep 4 comfortably while the Wood Duck Cabin will sleep 6.

The backwaters of the Mississippi River offers up some great paddling for canoers and kayakers. The abundand fish and wildlife and calm to mild currents makes for easy paddling and a lot to see and do.
Fishing Fishing at Rock Creek Marina & Campground
The backwater sloughs and the nearby main channel of the Mississippi River offers some of the best fishing in the word! Channel Catfish, walleye, northern pike and large mouth bass can all be found in the area. Pan fish such as crappie and bluegills are also caught in the waters surrounding Rock Creek. Ice fishing is a popular winter activity as well. The Wapsipinicon River, which flows into the Mississippi River just south of the park, also offers excellent fishing opportunities.
Hunting Hunting at Rock Creek Marina & Campground

Rock Creek Marina & Campground is adjacent to the 240,000 acre Upper Mississippi National Wildlife and Fish Refuge. The refuge is the major flyway for North American waterfowl. The refuge offers excellent hunting opportunities for waterfowl, whitetailed deer, wild turkey, squirrels and other small game.
