Join Jodi Stepanek, a certified meditation and mindfulness instructor and owner of Big Heart Meditation and Mindfulness. Jodi will guide you through a heart-centered meditation for stress relief, balance, and personal growth while discussing techniques for developing a meditative practice. Participants will learn to meditate by focusing on their breathing while sitting in gentle contemplation, focus, and awareness. We recommend this for adults, but older children (12 and up) are welcome. Cost: $5
