GARLIC MUSTARD PULL AND SNACK

Event Summary

Come help us pull invasive garlic mustard and then eat it! We will have a short training on how to manage this plant before removing as much as we can from the woodland around Wickiup Hill Learning Center. Afterward, we will have recipes and samples of garlic mustard pesto along with some more imaginative uses for this plentiful green. We encourage everyone to bring a sack lunch and enjoy a picnic after the pulling is done. If you would like to bring some garlic mustard home, feel free to bring a bag or container and take all you want!
