In 1994 the All Seasons Activity Center was completed at Rotary Reserve. Funding was provided through fund raising efforts of the Waterloo Rotary Club and the building was constructed by personnel of the Black Hawk County Conservation Board. The Rotary Reserve is a unique, quiet retreat area managed by the Black Hawk County Conservation Board in conjunction with the Waterloo Rotary Club.
