JCC partners with Serenity Yoga & Pilates Studio to combine the benefits of yoga and outdoor exploration. Participants will meet at the CEC for a naturalist-led hike. Following the hike, a Vinyasa Flow yoga class will be instructed indoors. This program is suitable for all fitness levels.
The fee is $7/person. If you need a yoga mat, please contact Serenity in advance. Participants should arrive at least 10 minutes early.
