Join us for a unique morning in nature learning the art and significance of drumming. Life in Balance coach, Gail McCarthy will be share historical significance of drumming. She will lead participants in a drumming circle in a woodland setting.  Drumming circles offer another way to unwind, de-stress and practice mindfulness in nature.

Gail will provide authentic Native American drums for participants to try the various types and sizes of drums.  In the case of inclement weather, the class will be held in the Nature Center.

 Pre-registration required; deadline is June 1. Fee: $15.

Program Cancellation Policy:  If the program reservation is cancelled before the registration deadline the individual will be issued a full refund.   If the program reservation is cancelled after the registration deadline, the individual will be refunded payment only if the  assigned space is re-reserved by another person.  If assigned space is not re-reserved, no refund will be given. The program reservation fee may also be transferred to another program prior to the registration deadline providing the program is not full.
