Join Jodi with Big Heart Meditation and Mindfulness for a mindful scavenger hunt! This is a family event everyone will love! This expedition will help all ages practice mindfulness in a fun and interactive way. Participants will have fun while being fully engaged in the present moment in a hunt for things in nature.
