Ourdoor Explorers III is for children ages 11-13 and is a longer session to provide more hands-on opportunities. Participants will meet from 1 to 3:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays in July. Bremer County Naturalists will teach/lead all sessions and provide all transportation. Dates and topics are as follows: July 5th: Dutch Oven Cooking/Wild Edibles July 7th: Geocaching July 12th: Canoeing/Fishing July 14th: Archery/Pellet Gun/Trapshooting July 19th: Stream Water Testing July 21st: Frisbee Golf/Prairie Photography July 26th: Canoeing the Shell Rock River July 28th: Hawkeye Buffalo Ranch Tour
