Cabin/Shelter Online Rental Notice

Cabin and Shelter Reservations

By popular demand, Hancock County Conservation is working towards having the Crystal Lake Park Cabins and all Shelters reservable online through www.mycountyparks.com. The system is scheduled to be activated and running at 8 A.M. on January 7th 2019 for Cabins and at 9 A.M. January 7th 2019 for Shelters. At those respective times, reservations will be done with a credit card through the website. Users will be able to reserve/rent a facility in a similar fashion to online shopping. To make a reservation/rental, you must create a user account and fill out the required information. To do this you must go to www.mycountyparks.com and click the “login” button on the top left of the web page. From there you can click the “create an account” button and follow the instructions. If you have already made an account for use with another County, you will not need to make another account. Online reservations will be instantaneous and you will immediately receive an email conformation of your reservation/rental. This conformation will contain information such as your cabin entry code for the cabin door. You will be able to enter a four digit code of our choosing when you make your reservation. We encourage renters to create their user accounts in advance so that they are ready to make reservations once January 7th 2019 comes and creating an account takes just a minute or two.

Rental Rates for 2019

Cabin: rental rates for 2019 are as follows: $80/night with two night minimum (regardless of weekday or weekend) and $100/night on holidays with three night’s minimum. This rate includes all fees and state taxes.

Reservations for 2019

Cabins: Reservations for 2019 can still be done the current way by calling or emailing the office and having staff take the reservation by hand. This will be possible until December 31st, 2018.
