Fishing Derby

If
you are between the ages of 6 -15 and enjoy fishing come on out to Gustafson
Lake – Gabrielson Park on Saturday, June 1st for the annual Buena
Vista County Conservation fishing derby. There will be two age divisions: 6 -10
year olds and 11 -15 year olds. First and second place prizes will be awarded
for both age divisions for the heaviest single fish and for the heaviest
stringer of three fish caught that day.
The fishing contest will begin at 9:00
A.M. and run till 11:00 A.M. Please be
there before 9:00 to sign in. Participants ages 6 -10 must be accompanied by an
adult.
RSVP’s are required by Friday, May 31st at 4:00 PM. To
