The Hanging Rock Shelterhouse is an open air shelter attached to modern restrooms.
It includes four picnic tables, a fireplace, lights, an electric outlet, and nearby parking.
The fee for reservation is $35 per day.

Hours of Operation & Seasons
In May-October, Hanging Rock Park hours are 8:00am-10:00pm daily. Restrooms are open.
In November-April, Hanging Rock Park hours are 8:00am-5:00pm daily. Restrooms are closed.
The area must be vacated before closing time.
Closures
Restrooms are closed from Nov. 1 - April 30.
Gates will be open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm when conditions allow.
