Bee Keeping Basics & Free Honey Samples

Mark Moberly of MOBEEZ a local bee keeper will be presenting on the basics of bee keeping. He will be discussing what can be done in city limits and out of city limits. We will be discussing the benefits of raising and eating local honey. Honey can be substituted for sugar sometimes when cooking. Some honey recipes for cooking will be available. Bee keepers concerns and costs will also be discussed in this presentation. Find out some of the flowering plants that bees prefer for planting your own butterfly and pollinator flower garden. Program attending requirements due to Covid-19 are RSVP to register, 20 people limit, face masking, and 6 feet social distancing.
