16' x 12’ cabin sleeps five people and comes equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, table and chairs, air conditioner, picnic table, potable water supply and campfire ring.  A shower-restroom facility is nearby.  Cabin #1 is handicapped accessible, has a wheelchair ramp, and is closest to the bathroom and parking lot.

Location

Two cabins are located at the west end of the campground in Jefferson County Park which is located at 2003 Libertyville Road, Fairfield Iowa.

*Dumpster is found at entrance of campground

Renter will need to bring:
* Complete bedding with pillows, sheets, blankets and/or sleeping bags
* Complete table service with cups, glasses, dishes, eating utensils, cooking utensils, and any cookware needed
* Dish soap, dish cloth, dish towel and potholders
* All bath linens and toiletries  

 

Tents are not permitted in the cabin area - tents may only be placed on designated campsites in adjacent campground
Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the cabin
Clean-up of the cabin must be completed prior to check-out and be ready for the next visitors
No more than three vehicles per cabin are allowed at the cabin site during occupancy

Fees

* $55.00 per night
*  Two-night minimum stay on weekends
* Three-day minimum for Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day
* A $4.00 NON-REFUNDABLE "Processing Fee" will be added to each cabin rental at time payment is submitted
* Maximum stay of 14 days  

Hours of Operation & Seasons

* Cabins are available for rent from May-October
* Reservations may be made up to two years in advance
* Reservations must be made 3 days in advance of arrival date
* Check-in time is after 3:00pm at cabin using your four digit code
* Check-out time is before 11:00am
* Quiet hours begin at 10:00pm
* Non-registered guests must leave the park by 10:00pm

Closures

* Campground and cabins are closed November-April
* Cabins may not be used without an advanced reservation and payment of fees
* Cabin tours must be pre-arranged with park staff
