Women in the Woods with Wine - Bald Eagles

 Learn about the life history of and the comeback of bald eagles in Iowa from Kay Neumann, executive director of SOAR - Saving Our Avian Resources and one of SOAR’s education bald eagles. We will also discuss what still threatens our national symbol. SOAR is an Iowa-based nonprofit that provides raptor rehabilitation, education, and research. This program is for women ages 21+ who are interested in getting outside. Become more comfortable and knowledgeable about the natural world as you unwind and have fun.
