This site has electricity and is a graveled, back-in campsite nestled amongst mature oak and walnut trees.  The close proximity to Saylorville Lake makes this camp area a popular spot.  

Reservable sites may be reserved up to one-year in advance and must be made prior to setting up campsite.

Making Reservations at a Reservable Campsite:

·        Scan QR code posted on the site marker. If no QR code present, this site does not accept online reservations and is a first-come, first-served site only.

·        Follow booking process.

We have a limited refund policy; however, if you need to change your reservation you have one opportunity to reschedule. Details regarding the advance notification requirement, change and cancellation fees can be found in the Facility Contract accepted at time of booking.

Hours of Operation & Seasons

Summer Hours (April 1-October 31): 6:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Winter Hours (November 1- March 31):Sunrise to sunset  

Upon entering park after hours, vehicle may be stopped by ranger requesting their campsite number and name of the party registered to the site.

April 1 through November 30

·        Reservations are required for all sites in Campground 1 at Jester Park

·        Water and modern restroom/shower facilities are guaranteed to be open 4/15-10/15; however, facilities may open earlier and stay open later depending on weather conditions.

Closures

April 15 - October 15

·         Water & modern restroom/shower facilities are open (may open earlier/stay open later weather depending)

October 16 - April 14

·         Shower house closed

December 1- March 31

·         Gravel roads in camp areas closed to vehicular traffic

Permits

Capacity: 6 people max per campsite.
