Fermenting foods is a great way to preserve your harvest while providing health benefits to your family. It is easy to do, increases nutrition, and increases the digestibility of foods. Simple recipes will be shared; including sauerkraut, gingered carrots and kefir. You will also get to sample some fermented foods.
Registration and fee of $5 per participant is required by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2018.
