Monarch Mania

Tedesco Environmental Learning Corridor, Story County

Sunday, September 11, 2022

Fall is the time of one of the world’s greatest animal migrations! We will witness an animal that weighs less than a small paperclip on its journey south to Mexico. We will talk about why they do this and catch and tag some monarch butterflies that are passing through! This family friendly program is $5 per adult and children are free. No more than four children per adult. Participants should wear long pants and bring bug spray.

Register by Friday, September 9th at 4:00 p.m.

Unless otherwise stated, refunds can be issued less a $5.00 processing fee per event for cancellations prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be made after the registration deadline. To cancel a registration, please call (515) 232-2516.
