Summary Description
Part-time waterfront aide positions are available for the summer of 2022. The positions will serve the public in the beach/boat rental facility at Hickory Grove Park near Colo. Employee will operate a concession with a high volume of people in situations associated with swimming and boating. The positions will end approximately September 5, 2022. Accommodations may be made for school schedules.

Work hours will average 16 hours/week on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
Performs duties related to concession operation, including selling bait and food items, renting boats, and cleaning facilities. Other duties include providing information to the public, enforcing rules, mowing and string trimming, painting, and other maintenance tasks. Employees will participate in mandated safety training sessions and perform related tasks as assigned.


Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 15 years of age. If 18 or older, new employees will undergo a background check in reference to their driving record before hire. Mandatory safety training is scheduled for Monday, May 16, 2022. If unable to attend this day due to school schedule you will be required to make up the training on your first day of employment.
