Description
Seasonal position under
general supervision of the Director and direct supervision of the Natural
Resource Technicians. Performs mowing,
weed eating, cleaning of facilities, facility and park maintenance, public
relations, interaction with park visitors and other jobs as assigned. May assist the county Naturalists with
outdoor education programming as needed.
Preferred experience in operation of equipment such as mowers,
trimmers, skid loaders, tractors, chain saws and hand tools. At times may work a non standard work week with some
night, weekend and holiday work required.
This is a seasonal position running from approximately April thru September
and will not exceed 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Successful candidate shall pass background check as well as a physical and drug screen. Ability to operate and assist with the maintenance of various pieces of outdoor equipment.
