Description
Under
general supervision of the director, will assist with all aspects the
development and maintenance of county wildlife areas, parks, trails and
campgrounds. This will include but is not limited to: tree/shrub planting,
prairie establishment, performing controlled burns, noxious weed and brush
control. Duties will also include maintenance of county owned facilities,
equipment and trails. Assist Conservation staff with special projects and
events.
Qualifications
Either be enrolled or have a degree in one of the following fields: natural resource management, wildlife biology, ecology, forestry, agriculture or related field of study. OR any relevant experience or training that provides the required knowledge
