Description
The Hamilton County Conservation Board is immediately seeking a qualified individual for cleaning cabins. Cleaning equipment, solutions and supplies are ready and available for each cleaning. Schedule varies and based on cabin rentals.
JOB SUMMARY: Under general direction and supervision of the Park Officer at Little Wall Lake Park, takes lead in the cleaning and maintaining of cabins located at Little Wall Lake Park. Cleaning is based on before and after each rental.
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Thoroughly cleans and performs rental inspections of rental cabins before and after each rental made through the Hamilton County Conservation Office. Performs light maintenance duties as needed while cleaning. Sets the door codes before each rental. Follows through with inspections and reports back to Park Officer and the Hamilton County Conservation Office. Identifies and corrects, where possible, potential or real hazards within the cabins which could lead to accidents or potential department liability.

Qualifications
Possession and maintenance of a valid Iowa Drivers license. Minimum of High School graduate or GED equivalent. Ability to pass a county physical.
